Your Client Health Questionnaire and Informed Consent Form must be completed and signed before commencing any exercise programme.
Based on your Health Questionnaire answers, a letter of ‘medical clearance’ may be required from your GP.
You must inform your trainer of any new or relevant injury or illness that may impact your training and obtain medical clearance from your GP if there are any medical concerns.
If you become ill or injured and have been advised by your medical professional to temporarily discontinue training, you may freeze any remaining session for an agreed period.
24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required for all sessions. If you wish to reschedule every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
If you miss or cancel a session less than 24hrs prior to the session you will be charged in full except under special circumstances or in case of emergency.
In the event of your practitioner’s absence 24 hours notice will be given to you and your session rescheduled.
In the event that less than 24hrs notice is given by your practitioner to cancel a session you will be credited with one free session. If your practitioner is absent due to an emergency your session will be rescheduled with no penalty.
If your practitioner is late in starting your session the session will be extended accordingly or time made up a t a future agreed date.
You are required to give at least 7 days notice in advance of any holiday or prolonged training absence.
Your trainer will provide you with at least 14 days notice of any holiday or prolonged trainer absence.
The cost of your sessions will be agreed with you before your first paying session.
All payments are required in advance of your sessions. These can be made by bank transfer.
