I work with people who feel held back by frustration, fear, or discomfort in their bodies. Maybe you are going through a life change, recovering from injury, or simply want to feel at ease and confident when you move. You do not need to push harder, you just need the right kind of guidance.

Together we will work with your body, not on your body, using healthy, mindful movement to unlock the strength, stability, and ease that is already within you. I will help you build trust in your body, move with confidence, and find the freedom to do the things that matter most to you.

Getting Started Together

Your Discovery Call
It is important that we are the right fit for one another, so I offer a free 20-minute discovery call. This is your chance to ask questions about how I work, my approach, and how I can support you on your movement journey. It also gives us both a clear sense of expectations, helping you feel confident that this is the right next step for you.

Your First Session
Your first one to one 60–75 minute session focuses on understanding you. We explore what matters to you, the challenges you are facing, and what you want movement to feel like. I gently assess how your body moves to understand your unique patterns and where support is needed. By the end of the session, you will have a clearer sense of what your body needs and the first steps toward moving with greater ease, trust, and confidence.

Working at your own pace

Ongoing Sessions
Each 60-minute session is shaped entirely around your needs. Together, we continue developing your pathway with simple, confidence-building movements that help your body feel safer, more comfortable and more at ease. You will not be pushed or tested; sessions are paced to help you feel supported, comfortable, and empowered. Over time, we build resilience, clarity, and presence, giving you the freedom to move well and live more fully.

Working at Your Pace
Our brains and bodies are wonderfully adaptable, but meaningful change takes time. Follow-up sessions are spaced according to how your body responds and the time you need to practise and explore new movement experiences. This flexible pacing allows your body to absorb, integrate, and build on each step of your Healthy Movement Pathway.

Movement change happens best in a calm, supportive space – my private Twyford studio is a peaceful environment where you can relax, feel safe, and focus fully on yourself.

I would highly recommend Gillian as a movement specialist. She is encouraging, motivating, patient, very thorough with her explanations and demonstrates good technique to ensure you are safely and effectively meeting your needs. Gillian can challenge you but makes it fun and tailors each session depending on how I feel on the day. It’s been a great experience and by far the best money I’ve ever spent on myself. I also love that she teaches her sessions in her private studio at her home. I would recommend her to anybody regardless of where you are starting from – she is amazing!!
